Dansk Byg har fået tildelt endnu en spændende renoveringsopgave i BoligKorsørs afdeling 12, Alléerne. Renoveringen omfatter 198 boliger i 14 boligblokke, et fælleshus og udearealer.

BoligKorsørs afdeling 12, Alléerne, består af 243 boliger på Linde Allé, Thiesens Allé og Elme Allé. Bebyggelsen skal have nye altaner, tage, facader, vinduer og døre. Der skal indarbejdes tilgængelighed ved niveaufri adgang til en del af boligerne, og der etableres elevatorer i 8 opgange. Der vil blive sammenlagt lejligheder både horisontalt og vertikalt, hvorved antallet af boliger reduceres til 198. Entreprisesummen er 149 mio. kr. og projektet afsluttes i slutningen af 2016.

I 2013 startede nedrivningen af 5 boligblokke og opførelsen af 24 handicapboliger i to nye boligblokke på Fasanstien etape 1. Boligerne blev afleveret i marts i år, og til juni afsluttes anlægsarbejderne. Entreprisesummen var 74 mio. kr.

I januar 2014 tog Dansk Byg hul på Fasanstien etape 2, som bl.a. omfatter facaderenovering, etablering af altaner og elevatorer, ombygning af 9 boliger samt terænregulering for øget tilgængelighed. Denne etape afsluttes i slutningen af september 2015, og entreprisesummen var 55 mio. kr.
